Connect Salesforce with Arnio to sync contacts and customer data. The Salesforce integration allows you to synchronize leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities between Salesforce and Arnio.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your Arnio dashboard
  2. Search for “Salesforce” or find it in the CRM category
  3. Click Install or Connect
  4. Authenticate with your Salesforce account
  5. Grant necessary permissions
  6. Configure sync settings
  7. Map data fields if needed
  8. Enable the integration

Configuration

Configure your Salesforce integration:
  • Object sync: Choose which Salesforce objects to sync (Contacts, Leads, Accounts)
  • Field mapping: Map Salesforce fields to Arnio properties
  • Sync direction: Set up one-way or two-way sync
  • Sync filters: Configure which records to sync
