Manage users, roles, and access in Arnio.
User management allows you to control who has access to your Arnio workspace and what they can do.
User roles
Assign roles to control access:
- Admin: Full access to all features and settings
- Manager: Access to most features, limited settings
- Agent: Access to messaging and contacts
- Viewer: Read-only access
Add users
- Navigate to Settings > User Management
- Click Add User or Invite User
- Enter the user’s email address
- Select their role
- Assign workspace permissions
- Send the invitation

- See all users in your organization
- View user details and roles
- Edit user information
- Change user roles
- Deactivate or remove users
