User management

Manage users, roles, and access in Arnio. User management allows you to control who has access to your Arnio workspace and what they can do.

User roles

Assign roles to control access:
  • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  • Manager: Access to most features, limited settings
  • Agent: Access to messaging and contacts
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Add users

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management
  2. Click Add User or Invite User
  3. Enter the user’s email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Assign workspace permissions
  6. Send the invitation

Manage users

View and manage all users:
  • See all users in your organization
  • View user details and roles
  • Edit user information
  • Change user roles
  • Deactivate or remove users

Access policies

Configure access policies:
  • IP restrictions
  • Session timeouts
  • Device management
  • Security requirements

Access roles

Define custom access roles:
  • Create custom roles
  • Set specific permissions
  • Assign roles to users
  • Manage role permissions

Best practices

  • Assign roles based on job responsibilities
  • Limit access to necessary workspaces
  • Regularly review user access
  • Deactivate unused accounts
