Manage your customer contacts and their profiles in Arnio.
Overview
Contacts are the foundation of your customer relationships. Each contact has a profile where information about subscription statuses, message history, and custom properties are stored.

- Use the API endpoints to import contacts programmatically
- Ensure each contact includes at least one identifier like a phone number or email
- Update subscription status for each contact based on their opt-in preferences
- Add contacts to lists or segments during or after import

- Navigate to Integrations in your account settings
- Find and install your integration (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms)
- Once installed, contact data is automatically synced
Each contact profile includes:
- Contact information: Phone number, email, name
- Subscription status: Opt-in preferences for each channel
- Message history: All messages sent and received
- Custom properties: Additional data specific to your business
