Find and install an integration

Learn how to find and install integrations in Arnio.

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  1. Log in to your Arnio dashboard
  2. Click your name at the bottom left-hand side of your screen
  3. Click Integrations
Alternatively, you can navigate to Settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Browse available integrations

  1. Browse the integration catalog
  2. Use the search bar to find specific integrations
  3. Filter by category (CRM, E-commerce, Marketing, etc.)
  4. Click on an integration to view details

Step 3: Install an integration

  1. Click on the integration you want to install
  2. Review the integration details and requirements
  3. Click Install or Connect
  4. Follow the authentication prompts
  5. Grant necessary permissions
  6. Complete the setup process

Step 4: Configure your integration

  1. Configure integration settings
  2. Map data fields if needed
  3. Set sync preferences
  4. Enable desired features
  5. Test the connection
  6. Save your configuration

What happens after installation

Once installed, your integration will:
  • Automatically sync contact data
  • Update contact profiles in Arnio
  • Enable automated workflows
  • Provide unified customer insights

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues:
  • Check integration status in your dashboard
  • Verify authentication credentials
  • Review sync logs
  • Contact support if needed
