Monitor your usage and limits in Arnio.
The Usage page shows you how much of your plan’s resources you’re using, including contacts, messages, and API calls.
View usage
- Navigate to Settings > Usage
- View your current usage statistics
- Check usage limits for your plan
- Monitor usage trends
Phone lines
Manage your phone lines:
- View active phone lines
- See usage per phone line
- Add new phone lines
- Remove phone lines
Add a phone line
- Navigate to Settings > Usage
- Click Add New Line
- Follow the setup process
- Verify your phone number
- Activate the line
Usage metrics
Track these usage metrics:
- Contacts: Number of contacts in your workspace
- Messages: Messages sent and received
- API calls: API requests made
- Storage: Data storage used
Usage limits
View limits based on your plan:
- Monthly contact limit
- Monthly message limit
- API call limits
- Storage limits
Increase limits
If you need more capacity:
- Navigate to Settings > Usage
- Click Increase Limit
- Review plan options
- Upgrade your plan
- Contact support if needed
Usage reports
Download usage reports:
- Navigate to Settings > Usage
- Select date range
- Click Download Report
- Export usage data
