Duplicating a campaign saves time when you want to reuse successful campaigns or create variations for A/B testing.
Duplicate a campaign
- Navigate to Campaigns
- Find the campaign you want to duplicate
- Click the More options menu (three dots)
- Select Duplicate
- The duplicated campaign opens in draft mode
- Make any necessary changes
- Save or send the campaign
What gets duplicated
- Campaign settings and configuration
- Message content and templates
- Audience selection (you can change this)
- Scheduling settings (reset to draft)
What doesn’t get duplicated
- Campaign results and analytics
- Send history
- Report data
Use cases
- A/B testing: Create variations to test different approaches
