Build a campaign audience

Create a segment

1. Navigate to Audience > Lists & segments
2. Click Create new > Create segment
3. Enter a name and description
4. Define conditions (All or Any)
5. Apply filters based on:
   • Demographics
   • Behavior
   • Engagement history
   • Custom properties
6. Preview matching contacts
7. Save your segment

Create a list

1. Navigate to Audience > Lists & segments
2. Click Create new > Create list
3. Enter a name
4. Add contacts manually or import from CSV
5. Save your list

Advanced segmentation

• Contact properties: Filter by custom attributes
• Engagement: Target based on message interaction
• Time-based: Create segments based on recency
• E-commerce: Segment by purchase behavior
