Frequency capping

How frequency capping works

Set limits on how often contacts receive your campaigns:
  • Time period: Choose daily, weekly, or monthly limits
  • Message count: Set the maximum number of messages per period
  • Channel-specific: Apply different limits for different channels

Setting frequency caps
