# SMS Campaigns

Send automated or one-off SMS campaigns to your customers.

## Overview

SMS campaigns allow you to reach customers on any mobile device through traditional text messaging.

## Create an SMS campaign

1. Confirm that your SMS channel is set up
2. Navigate to **Campaigns** > **Create campaign**
3. Select **SMS** as your channel
4. Choose your target audience from lists or segments
5. Compose your message (up to 160 characters per segment)
6. Schedule or send your campaign
